WHY 7V7 Soccer?
7v7 creates the right balance for adult indoor soccer.
With fewer players and less open space than the traditional 11v11 game, players stay involved throughout the match. The format creates frequent transitions, more touches on the ball and plenty of opportunities to attack and defend.
- More Involvement: Spend less time waiting for the game to come to you and more time directly involved in the action.
- Fast-Paced Play: Smaller-sided soccer creates quicker transitions between attacking and defending and keeps the game moving.
- Technical Soccer: Limited space rewards good first touches, quick passing, movement and smart decision-making.
- Great Competition: Age-based divisions help teams compete against players at a similar stage of the game.
It’s fast. It’s competitive. And most importantly, players spend more time actually playing soccer.
